Oh, what an exciting, interesting match. Of course, it's a no-contest for me, as I adore James Cagney. I know, I know, he's not one of those actors one adores, but I do. He is WAY high on my best actor list. He was a simply amazing actor, and I think he ought to have won FAR more than just 1 Oscar.

ReplyDeleteCagney for me too! Never understood Bogart as a romantic lead but always bought Cagney as a tough guy. Then he played George M and knocked my socks off with his other talents. Yep, no contest in my mind!
