ALL GOOD THINGS

Talking about movies, movies, movies. I believe movies are one of the best pleasures in life. Nothing better than watching a classic film and talking with others about them. Love the classics the most but will also talk about the newer stuff too. And covering all genres: comedy, action, horror, sci-fi, drama, musicals, etc. Will also discuss TV shows, more of the classics, but occasionally the newer stuff too. ANNE FRANCIS on TCM today

Yesterday it was Carole Lombard, now it's Anne Francis. My god TCM knows what makes my day. Some choice Anne films that will be shown include Bad Day At Black Rock (1955) with Spencer Tracy; Susan Slept Here (1954) with Debbie Reynolds and Dick Powell with Anne looking all so stunning; Blackboard Jungle (1955) with Glenn Ford and Sidney Poitier; and of course the sci-fi classic Forbidden Planet (1956). Looking forward to it.
