Wow, I can't believe he is 84! I love his movies, great actor. Thanks for following my blog, Monty. I just love yours!
That man is an incredible actor. I can't believe so much time has gone by since I first saw him in In The Heat of the Night when I was a teenager. I think I have seen all of his films, and he is always first-rate. Do you know I was talking to a group of people in their early 20's at work, and not one of them had ever heard of Sidney Poitier! I probably had an expression on my face that looked like I had seen them grow three heads! That's awful. How, in this day of cable, internet, everything, could they not know him? We who do have to keep his legacy going!
