Talking about movies, movies, movies. I believe movies are one of the best pleasures in life. Nothing better than watching a classic film and talking with others about them. Love the classics the most but will also talk about the newer stuff too. And covering all genres: comedy, action, horror, sci-fi, drama, musicals, etc. Will also discuss TV shows, more of the classics, but occasionally the newer stuff too. Birthday Roll Call: November 2nd

There are several birthdays for classic film stars today. Here is the roll call:

BURT LANCASTER (1913 - 1994)

Favorite films: From Here To Eternity, Elmer Gantry,
Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, The Killers

ANN RUTHERFORD (1920 - present)

One of the last surving cast members of Gone With The Wind, Ann
turns 91 today. Other favorite films that I like are: Orchestra Wives,
Pride and Prejudice, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

STEPANIE POWERS (1942 - present)

Favorite films: Die! Die! My Darling, McLintock!, and Hart to Hart

ALICE BRADY (1892 - 1939)

Favorite films: My Man Godfrey, Three Smart Girls
