I never noticed Preminger! :") (and many more, too) That is quite an impressiv list. I know that Jerry Lewis was the first VIP doing the Batman-is-climbing-up-a-wall-and-someone-is-looking-out-of-the-window-routine.
But like you: When I first saw this series I was not aware of any famous name.. Well, I might have noticed Errol Flynn or John Wayne.. ;") But at least the first wasn't able to do a part in this.. *sigh*
Anyhow - I'd love to see Anne Baxter and Tallulah Bankhead!!
Thank you so much for sharing! :")
Frank Gorshin was born this date (April 5th). His Riddler was the "scary" villain for me as a kid. It seemed to me he was so deep in the character he was never coming back. John Astin played a good Riddler, but Frank Gorshin WAS the Riddler.
I don't remember Shame.
